An army is a unit made of 500 men that occupies a single hex on the map.

A unit has a single attribute value (Mighty, Deft, or Smart).
A unit may have a tactic that gives it special abilities.
A unit has 1 hit point (HP).

Attacking with Units

Roll + Attribute+ Skill

A Mighty unit attacks with superior numbers or force; a Deft unit employs swiftness or clever tactics; a Smart unit employs careful planning or battle-tested tactics. When commanding an army unit, add its attribute to a d6 roll. If your commander is present, you may add a +2 for any skill related to the unit's attribute.

Defeated Units

When an army has 0 HP, this means the army has been disbanded, defeated, or otherwise overcome. Remove the unit from the map.
