MP are expended to cast spells and to use your maleficence, and regenerate fully after 8 hours of uninterrupted rest.
Maleficence
If you are a spellcaster, you may choose a maleficence. A maleficence is a physical manifestation of your power that takes on a shape and form unique to you. You expend MP to cause harm with your maleficence instead of casting a spell you know.
