You can keep track of the wounds you carry and the story tags you've used from session to session with these panels. Clicking a wound checkbox will apply a -1 to all your abilities on your sheet. Clicking the checkbox next to your story tags has no mechanical effect, except to remind you that you've used the tag for the session.
