It allows the matriarchs to commune with Yevna herself, channeling her will through the Great Crystal to sustain Muraius and its reign over Midworld.

When worn by a rightful matriarch, it bestows absolute authority over the Great Crystal, empowering the wearer to shape the natural world and protect the High People’s dominion.
