Tsain of House Ildorel served as advisor to the Queen of Muraius before orchestrating its downfall. He belongs to the Left Hand of the Goddess, a radical cult founded by Tezirah that believes in High People supremacy. As Elektra's chief counselor, he manipulates events from the shadows, using his mastery of illusions and command over the Magespawn to further their agenda.
His most powerful tool is the Mastery Whip, an artifact that allows him to control the Magespawn—monstrous creatures created through forbidden experiments by the House of Kath. He first demonstrated this power when he used Nyn's crown to release a Magespawn from its prison, then bound it to his will.
Tsain's true loyalties lie with Tezirah's vision of absolute domination. He helped orchestrate the coup against the Queen of the High People that led to the Fall of Muraius, working with Left Hand infiltrators to sabotage the city's defenses. His actions suggest he views even Elektra as a means to an end, rather than a true ally.
