The Justicar are the pinnacle of the Daemon caste system, revered as holy warriors who serve as protectors of the High People’s Queens and leaders of the Daemon armies. Trained from birth, they embody the ideals of unwavering loyalty, discipline, and spiritual devotion, setting them apart from other castes within the Daemon hierarchy. Their lives are bound to the will of their Queens and the divine mandate of the God Tree, which they believe sustains their purpose.

Justicar are gifted armaments of Iphendi steel, a rare and sacred material imbued with divine energy. These unbreakable weapons and armor are not merely tools of war but symbols of their sacred charge. This connection to the God Tree is said to grant the Justicar blessed power, so long as their Queens live and the God Tree’s essence endures.

Though they exist apart from the broader Daemon society, the Justicar inspire awe among their ranks. Training for such Daemon is brutal and unrelenting, designed to strip away personal ambition and forge a singular purpose: to act as extensions of their Queens’ will. Some scholars argue that the Justicar were modeled after the Iphendi, an ancient order of Yevim warriors who were said to be invincible.

In the current age, with the fall of the Magic City and the destruction of the God Tree, the Justicar face a profound crisis: without the God Tree to anchor them and their connection to the Queen severed, many find themselves without purpose. Those Justicar who remain steadfast cling to their duty as protectors, seeking new authorities to serve, but having warriors as dedicated as the Justicar wandering the earth can be dangerous if they become aligned with the party's adversaries.

Either way, they must navigate the conflict, deciding whether to aid or oppose the Justicar’s quest. Meanwhile, Fallen Daemon have caught wind of the plan.
