About The White Sea

The seemingly placid waters of the White Sea are the domain of pirates, buccaneers, and merchant ships that busily ferry trade among the Merrivale Isles, Mordaine, and Arcanum. The lawless Outer Rim promises all sorts of riches that are ready for the taking, but those who take sail must be savvy enough to fend off what healthy competition waits for them on the perilous waters. There are as many cultures and peoples out there as there are islands.

Skies are clear on the White Sea, and if you avoid the routes taken by various cutthroat travelers, you can find lifelong tranquility on an uncharted island. But the pearly depths of the White Sea are oftentimes merely an illusion, as many an unwary sailor has met his death chasing mysterious lights on the horizon, or an enchanting song.

Adventure Hook

The party might get caught up in a job that exploits the helpless natives of an uncharted island, but it turns out neither they nor their crooked employers understand that the natives are anything but helpless. From saviors to survivors, the PCs have to decide if there’s any side they can trust!
