The Prim Rose is regarded as trustworthy and honorable, and its contingent is feared by both the Dread Legion and the Empire for their skill on the high seas. The Prim Rose are as fearless as the Good Ladies themselves.

The Prim Rose was famously commanded by Captain Black, until his demise. His granddaughter, Captain Veena, now commands the Prim Rose as its foremost admiral.
