About The Shadowvale

The marshlands of the Shadowvale are brutal and dark, comparable only in their oppressiveness to the swamps of Mordaine. This land is mostly avoided by passersby, for its inhabitants are dangerous creatures, such as feykind and other children of Asag, that worship deities of the Rasan Pantheon.

Deep within the Shadowvale is a society of Changelings that is shrouded in secrecy. Their vales are inaccessible by mundane means, and require knowledge of the spellweave to locate. These valleys are lush paradises full of prehistoric flora and fauna that have been protected from influence by the outside world.

The Changelings are hostile to outsiders, and few if any accounts exist of travelers passing through the Shadowvale to return with knowledge of what lies within.

The Shadowvale Council

The Houses of the Shadowvale are organized by a mysterious Council that rules from a druidic stronghold somewhere in the vale’s heart, similar in design to the Muraian God Tree.

People & Culture

The Shadowvale is populated primarily by Changelings and feykind. Both worship gods of the Rasan Pantheon.
