Horn of Forbidding

Description

This silver horn is shaped like the mouth of a bearded storm god. When you activate this horn by sounding it, a Circle of Protection is cast around you in an area of effect equal to the item's strength: 1) a personal space, 2) a melee space, 3) an encounter space. The circle only affects those who can hear the horn sounding. You can maintain the circle for a number of rounds equal to your Mighty attribute.
