Potion of Haste / Slow

Description

This bright yellow potion contains the effects of a Haste & Slow spell (a single potion can only either haste or slow the imbiber). If slow, imbibers always act last, move at 1/2 their movement rate, and make Deft checks at disadvantage. If haste, imbibers act before those who are not hasted, move at twice their movement rate, and make Deft checks at advantage.
