Revisions to Chaos Maleficence

The Chaos maleficence has been revised for balance. The spellcaster now rolls for 2 random maleficences, and applies the peril and secondary effect of only one in a maleficence attack.

Furthermore, the language surrounding how to roll for the random maleficence has been revised for simplicity. We wanted to stick to a d6 because the system only uses d6, but the method for avoiding a median roll (2d6 on average results in numbers in the middle range of 1 and 12) is overly long-winded and complicated. In the future the maleficence may reference a table to make things easier so that we can stick to d6.
