Revised Vampiric Maleficence

The maleficence now reads: "For each +1 damage the maleficence dealt, the spellcaster heals 1/2 HP, rounded down. (1/2 HP regained is 0.)" This was to avoid situations where the maleficence might be abused in conjunction with Mind Over Body.
