Description

These cursed undergarments physically reverse the sex of their wearer when worn. The reversal is permanent, even if the undergarments are removed or destroyed. Only a Remove Curse spell can undo the enchantment, though a relevant spell check at TN 11 + 1 per strength of the item is required to succeed. Failure means only a Remove Curse spell coupled with Permanency can remove the enchantment.
