Conch Shell

Description

This rainbow-colored conch shell produces soothing sounds of the deep ocean. When you sound this horn to activate it, rough seas in an area of effect equal to 1 square mile per strength of the horn become calm for 24 hours, or Wild sea creatures in the area of effect are panicked and confused for a number of hours equal to the strength of the item. Alternatively, you may sound the horn to summon a sea mount of the GM's choice, the size of which is determined by the item's strength: 1) it can seat up to riders, 2) it can seat a melee space of riders, or 3) it can seat an encounter space of riders. The sea mount will do its best to safely transport you by sea to a location you indicate, but will not fight on your behalf.
