Cephaloid Helm

Description

This reddish helm is made of a jagged coral covered in the runes of a long forgotten god of the sea. When you activate the helm by word of command, fleshy tendrils emerge from its interior to wrap around your mouth and eyes, transforming your lungs into gills: you can breathe underwater and your vision is magnified by five times for a number of hours equal to the strength of the item. Once per encounter, you may breathe ink in a melee space while underwater. All those in the area of effect are blinded (they are not entitled to a check to resist).
