MP Determined by Class, Bards & Performance Checks

v2 Magic Rules have been applied to the Hero Creator. MP is now determined by class; and which attribute to use in spell checks is determined by the spell. Maleficence remains unchanged (this is still a Smart check) and spells are still based on 1/2 Smart rounded down. Bards can now use Performance with spell checks and maleficence. This is a big shift, so you're welcome to re-adjust your PCs stats to jive with the new rules.
