Dual Wield (now Combat Expertise) & Parrying Attacks

The Fighter technique Combat Expertise (formerly "Dual Wield") can parry two separate attacks, as this ability grants the fighter two attack actions in a single round. Moreover, the text has been revised to clear up that you can make two attacks with the same weapon, or two attacks with two different weapons.
