You may make a spell check using Smart to dispel the magic of your enemies (per the spell Dispel Magic). Additionally, as a reaction, you may absorb their spell before its targets are affected by the magic as long as your opponent is visible to you (per the spell Counterspell) and you have not already acted in the round. To absorb an opponent’s magic, you must spend MP equal to the MP your opponent spent to cast the spell. As long as you have MP (and at the GM's discretion), you can create minor, illusory cantrips related to your maleficence. Such cantrips are instantaneous and harmless, and cannot duplicate the effects of any other spells.

You experiment with raw, primordial magic, which is as unpredictable as it is powerful. You may cast any spell you have not learned, but if you do, roll a Probability Die to determine if a chaos surge occurs. If you spent 1 MP to cast the spell, the surge occurs on a 1 or 2; if you spent 2 MP, on 1, 2, or 3; if you spent 3, on a 1, 2, 3, or 4. The chaos surge affects an encounter space, as determined by the GM. Roll a d6: on a 1, there is collateral damage; on a 2, your spell has unintended targets; on a 3, something is gained and something is lost; on a 4, there is a transformation or reversal; on a 5, the spell is out of control; on a 6, the spell costs twice as much to cast or is half as effective. Probability spell checks explode on a 5 or a 6.

    You sort through the multiverse of infinite probabilities and phase shift yourself or your target into one that suits your purposes. For any action within the round this spell is cast, you may roll twice and take the result of your choosing. For each roll you alter in this way, you may spend MP equal to the difference between the dice rolled (if you are choosing between a 6 and a 3, the MP cost is 3) to replace a roll in this way. You may cast this spell as a reaction once during the round, in addition to any other action you take.

    You shatter the fundamental relationship between cause and effect in the area of effect. All those who do not resist the spell are subject to a base 20% chance of experiencing random mishaps that exchange cause for effect. Every round the spell is in effect, the chance of all their actions affecting unintended targets increases by an additional 10%. The spellcaster is unaffected.

    You tamper with the threads of fate to sow chaos in the area of effect. Targets in the area of effect must roll a 1d6 before acting. For 1 MP, there is a 1 in 6 chance the effects will be chaotic; for 2 MP, a 2 in 6 chance; and for 3 MP, a 3 in 6 chance. Targets subject to chaotic effects make a success check after taking their action: if they do not roll a clean success, a chaos surge occurs and affects the encounter, as determined by the GM. Roll a d6: on a 1, there is collateral damage; on a 2, the action has unintended targets; on a 3, something is gained and something is lost; on a 4, there is a transformation or reversal; on a 5, the action is out of control; on a 6, the action "costs" twice as much to enact. This spell affects everyone in the area of effect, including the spellcaster. You must concentrate on the spell for its duration, or else the chaos subsides.

    You unleash your maleficence as wild magic in the area of effect. For the duration of the spell, there is a x in 6 chance that effects affect unintended targets, where x is the equal to the MP you spend (up to a maximum of 5, lest you risk creating a tear in the fabric of reality). For example, an attack from an opponent targets one of its allies instead of you, or a spell from your ally affects an opponent instead of another ally. You are not subject to the chaos in this zone.
