New Adaptable Talent: Humans May Start with 11 Points & 1 Fewer Skill

The Human Incentive. The "human" origin now provides its own advantage and disadvantage, rather than being a "neutral" choice. Humans may start with 11 points instead of 10 in attributes, but receive 1 less skill. (Alternatively they can forgo the extra attribute point and start with 3 skills.) This choice is reflected in the character sheet and not the character builder in this version of the site.
