Abilities
You may distribute 11 points to your attributes upon character creation, but if you do, you start with 1 fewer skill.
You may cast the spells Dispel Magic and Counterspell. As long as you have MP (and at the GM's discretion), you can create minor, illusory cantrips related to your maleficence. Such cantrips are instantaneous and harmless, and cannot duplicate the effects of any other spells.
Your rage boils just beneath the surface, but the only thing stronger is your control. You can manipulate the flow, direction, and intensity of any existing fire source. If the source is used to cause harm, apply the peril of the fire maleficence. As long as you have MP, you are immune to mundane fire.

You may divide the damage caused by your maleficence among any number of targets in a melee space. When used in conjunction with another peril, the peril of this maleficence is applied to all targets in a melee space. Finally, if this maleficence would deal zero damage, the victim is stunned until after their next action.

You breathe your maleficence into the area of effect. Everyone within the area of effect is subject to its peril (except you), but your maleficence deals zero damage.

Mirror Image

Through the working of this spell, you conjure a number of illusory duplicates of yourself equal to the MP you spend. These insubstantial clones imitate your actions, making it difficult for opponents to determine which among them is the real you. When you are targeted by an attack or spell, there is a 1 in X chance of actually targeting you, where X is the number of duplicates you generate. If a duplicate is touched or otherwise physically or magically interacted with, it blinks out of existence.

You use your maleficence to reflect a spell to its source. You must spend MP equal to the MP spent by the opposed caster and succeed against them in an opposed spell check in order for the spell to be reflected. This spell may be cast as a reaction if you have not already acted in the round.

Tipple

You telekinetically move a volume of liquid equal to the area of effect to the lips of your target within the area of effect for the duration of the spell. If the target is unwilling to drink, they are entitled to a spell check, and if they fail, they are considered entangled as the flow of liquid drowns them for the duration of the spell. (A victim who is drowning for more rounds than they have Mighty is automatically placed on death’s door.) If you subject a victim to forced imbibing in this way, you must concentrate on the spell or else the spell ends.

Against armored opponents, this weapon deals 1d6 volatile damage. On a 5 or a 6, your opponent is stunned until after their next action.
Knockout
In lieu of dealing damage and on a successful attack, you force your opponent to make a Mighty check vs. your attack roll, or fall unconscious until the end of their next turn. They receive a bonus to their check equal to the difference in level between yours and theirs.
