Turtle Soup Spoon

Description

Upon first inspection, this appears to be an unornamented, ordinary spoon. When placed into a vessel and stirred, the spoon conjures a volume of turtle soup per the spell Turtle Soup. You may conjure a volume of soup up to the spoon's strength: 1) a personal space, 2) a melee space, 3) an encounter space. To conjure the full volume of soup, it takes either rounds, tens of minutes, or hours, and requires a number of vessels appropriate to hold the volume.
