Palantir

Description

This large reflective orb of glass clouds with black-green energy when activated. The item identifies and functions as a Crystal Ball, unless examined with magic that exposes illusions. Its secondary power enables you to psionically bind with it, so that you are able to see through the Palantir (per the spells Clairvoyance and Clairaudience) and scry on any victim who looks into it. You may also implant a Post-Hypnotic Suggestion (per the spell) into the Palantir, which triggers whenever a victim attempts to use it.
