Description

This colorful, mesmerizing robe shimmers when it's moved, revealing glints of holographic light that float in the air. In order to activate this robe, you must have at least 5 Smart. If you wear the robe and activate it by concentrating for 1 round, it generates a swirling pattern of color that effects the spell Ensorcell on all those who look upon it in a melee area of effect. If you take no other action while concentrating, including casting other spells or moving, the robe will shine indefinitely, otherwise its shine lasts a number of rounds equal to its strength. Ranged attacks made against you receive doubled disadvantage.
