Description

This beautifully crafted magical harp radiates divine energy. If you are proficient in music, you may activate this harp by playing it. All those in a melee space centered on the harp (up to a number of targets equal to the harp's strength) who can hear the instrument are subject to the spell Post-Hypnotic Suggestion. You must audibly embed the suggestion into your targets' minds whilst playing the harp (by singing a song or speaking the suggestion aloud).
