Chime of Opening

Description

Carved of white pearl and strung with the hair of an angelic being, this chime activates with the sound of beautiful tinkling when struck. If touched against any mundane lock, valve, shackle, door, or otherwise closed portal, the chime causes the portal to open. This chime may be used against magically locked portals by making an opposed spell check using Smart vs. the TN of the lock.
