Magic Scroll

Description

This scroll contains a single spell that can be read and cast by spellcasters and non-spellcasters alike. Once the spell is cast, the scroll blinks out of existence. The parameters of the spell are determined by the caster, using the caster's MP, at the time the spell is cast. Spellcasters may attempt to learn the spell contained within (this also consumes the scroll): to learn the spell, make an attribute check matching the spell's type, and the TN is 11 + the magical strength of the scroll.
